Sanju and Sallu neighbours at Bandra!

Mumbai: Rumours are that our Sanju Baba and Sallu Miyan both have paid a whopping 27 crore each for a triplex flat near Bandstand. When it comes to our Bollywood stars, price is priceless if it is worth it. The numbers only get bigger.

Recently, speculations were made about Munna Bhai looking to invest in property and when Salman Khan, his buddy, mentioned the triplex he purchased and showed the place to Sanjay Dutt, Dutt visited the site and booked a place as well.

A source reveals, “Salman Khan is very close to the builder and has purchased the top floor of the building facing the sea. It is a 4BHK property. The actor will have his swimming pool on the top floor, the party hall and pool table in the middle floor and the lower floor will be the living area.”

He said, “It is learnt that each flat admeasures nearly 6000 sq ft. While Salman remained unavailable for comment, Dutt commented, “I haven’t bought a new house. I have a beautiful one already.”
